Day 01: Udaipur:
Arrive at Udaipur. You will be greeted by our representative and escorted to hotel. Take rest and then charge up for the wonderful city tour including visiting fateh sagar, the life line of Udaipur, lake pichola, the City palace, built in 1725, the grand City Palace is actually a conglomerate of eleven palaces overlooking the sprawling Lake Pichola Jagdish temple, built in 1651 by Maharaja Jagat Singh, this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is located in the centre of the old city. The temple has a black marble image of Lord Vishnu, which is unusual for the northern part of the country, Sahelion Ki Bari that is a small ornamental garden built in the honor of Royal Ladies for recreational purpose.lok kala mandal , is home to an attractive collection of folk dresses, puppets, ornaments, dolls, masks, folk musical instruments, folk deities and paintings. Later in the evening you can take a walk at the sukhadia circle.. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 02: Udaipur- Mount abu:
Early morning, have breakfast and then depart for mount abu. You will visit nakki lake, guru shikhar and many more places. After lunch depart for Jodhpur. Reach Jodhpur.. Check into hotel. Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 03: Jodhpur:
JODHPUR, once capital of the former princely state of Marwar, is now the second largest city of Rajasthan. The beauty and the imagination that have gone into the making of this monumental city proclaim the life-springs of creative genius that appear incongruent with harshness of this land and its climate.
After having breakfast, Get your day started with witnessing the standing sentinel to the city below, it overlooks the rugged and rocky terrain and houses a palace intricately adorned with long carved panels and latticed windows exquisitely wrought from red sandstone. Carved panels and porches, elaborately adorned windows and walls of Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace), Phool Mahal, Sheesh mahal, Sileh Khana and Daulat Khana, seem to make the medieval splendour come alive. Adding on more to your trip is the Jaswant thada, build in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh ll in 1899, the imposing white marble memorial marks the site of royal crematorium. It houses portraits of successive rulers. The four cenotaphs around here commemorate notable acts of bravery and generosity of the four successive rulers. Next you will see UMAID BHAWAN PALACE. here at this place you will see a mix of culture, tradition, management and expertise. The only palace built in the 20th century, as a famine relief project which gave employment to the people for 16 years. Build by Maharaja Umaid singh and named after him, this exquisite palace is also known as Chittar Palace, because of the local chittar sandstone used. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 04: Jaisalmer:
After breakfast, depart for Jaisalmer. In the evening reach Jaisalmer. Proceed for the excursion to Sam Sand dunes. Located at a distance of 42 kilometers from Jaisalmer, Sam Sand Dunes is the closest point to witness the total sandy desert. You can also see the patterns and motifs created by the shifting sands and air. Moreover, Sam Sand Dunes also provide you with an unforgettable experience of camel rides and the sunset. Sleeping out in the open, stretched out on the sands while facing the twinkling sky is an out of the world experience. Many a tourist has fallen in love with the haunting beauty of the dunes – there is a definite aura of romance about it. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Day 05: Jaisalmer-jaipur:
After having breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be taking next to the overwhelming experience of the magnificent Havelis of Jaisalmer in the arid deserts cape, ornamented and colorfully frescoed. Here you will see the excellent examples of the Rajasthani architecture The gorgeous mansions of Jaisalmer’s wealthy merchants are known as ‘havelis’. Drive for jaipur. Check into hotel. Evening is free for leisure activities and for shopping.
Day 06: Jaipur:
In the morning after breakfast, you will be visiting Amber Fort, here you can enjoy the Elephant Ride to reach atop of the palace. (Subject to Availability and optional)This journey on embellished elephants is bound to enrich your memories with the Royal lifestyle of the Maharajas and leave you with a truly unforgettable experience. Inside the Fort visit the Hall of Victory or Jag Mandir – is the famed Sheesh Mahal- a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittering mirror pieces, which were specially imported from Belgium during that period. Continue your journey: with the city tour of Jaipur- visiting Maharaja’s City Palace, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. It has a rare combination of the finest blends of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. In the heart of the old city, it has vast area. The outer wall was built by Jai Singh and additions made up to the 20th century. Many buildings, well-planned gardens and huge courtyards are a part of the complex. A small portion is still used by the Royal family of Jaipur. One of the major attractions in the museum is the portion known as Armoury Museum, housing an impressive array of weaponry-pistols, blunderbusses, flintlocks, swords, rifles and daggers. Later visit the largest and best preserved of Sawai Jai Singh’s five observatories- the Jantar Mantar. It is built in stone and marble whose setting and shapes are designed scientifically and which are one of the high points of medieval highpoints of medieval Indian astronomy. It has 17 large instruments, many of them still in working condition. During the tour you will also have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal – the Palace of Winds. Overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 07: Jaipur-Ajmer-Pushkar-Chittorgarh:
In the morning after having breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed for visiting ajmer and pushkar for adding a spiritual touch to your trip. From here proceed to chittorgarh for seeing the Chittorgarh fort huge and colossal structure. The entrance to the fort is provided through seven gates with the main gate, Ram Pol (gate of Ram). The main gate of the fort itself is Suraj Pol (Sun gate). As per the legend, Bhima, a Pandava, started the construction of the fort. There are a number of magnificent monuments inside the fort.Rich heritage and architecture define this palace. It is believed that the palace has underground basements where Rani Padmini and other women performed Johar.
After this drive back to Udaipur . Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 08: Eklingji – Nathdwara:
After taking the breakfast…,get ready to spend the day in religious places like eklingji, Nathdwara….you will see the holy places and experience incredible moments there…Now move to the histories most important place which had witnessed the battle between Akbar and Maharana Pratap. It’s HALDIGHATI, here you will be mesmerised by the history of these two Brave Warriors. Next move back to hotel and take your dinner.
Day 09: Home ward bound:
After having breakfast, transfer to airport/ railway station.
